Stefanie Ward is the newest addition to the Terra Tech family. Stef has been with Terra Tech since June 2003. Stef comes to us technically as a Secretary, but she is much more than that. Stef list her job duties as answering phone and taking messages, assisting with accounting/bookeeping process, assisting with flood zone determinations, and anything else that needs to be done such as faxes, copies, grocery shopping. Obviously this position is a catchall position at Terra Tech. When Stef was hired and we began to speak with her about her experience in different areas she told us that a lot of the things that were asked she had never done before but was willing to learn if we were willing to teach. To this comment we answered good then you won't be telling us that you used to do it some other way. Today Stef regularly works on things that she had never done before.
Stefanie is a 1988 graduate of Grundy High School. Stef brings a constant smile to the office and has been a pleasant addition to Terra Tech. In her spare time Stef enjoys camping and riding 4-wheelers with the family, she also enjoys swimming. Stef says that what she likes about Terra Tech is that "everyone is very easy to get along with and very helpful to the 'new kid on the block." She also cites the "Good office atmosphere" as a plus.
Stef along with husband Richard live on Oakcrest Road in the Uppermill Branch section of Grundy, Virginia. The Wards have one son Jacob who is 5 years old.
