Regulatory Permitting

With ever changing state and federal regulation requirements facing today's mining, civil, manufacturing, construction, and developmental industries, a consultant knowledgeable in the direction and magnitude of these changes as they affect each group is a valuable asset in assuring proposed operations continue on an acceptable time frame in accordance to plans. Our staff has completed successful permits for USACOE, West Virginia DEP, Virginia DMLR, OSM, DEQ, and Kentucky DNR.

All successful permitting activities begin with an accurate understanding of field conditions as they exist prior to proposed operational changes. Staff, which will be designing permitting plans, will visit the permitted site to validate existing mapping and to note any pre-disturbance conditions, which may affect the permit. Our full scale environmental and surveying services are completed in-house and both complement each permitting plan.

Terra Tech will follow all permitting activities through the planning, design, installation and reclamation phases. This continued involvement insures that proposed operations are kept in compliance.
